Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one byd99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. byd99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel outside the official platform.

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). byd99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Member's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Member's Wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. byd99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within an average of five minutes for verified Members. byd99 reserves the right to extend this processing time to up to 24 hours where additional security checks are required. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the Member's own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
A Member must have wagered at least the equivalent of one deposit amount before a withdrawal may be processed. This condition exists to prevent fraudulent use of the payment system. Funds deposited and not yet wagered are subject to a 1x turnover requirement prior to withdrawal.
byd99 maintains a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. byd99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
From time to time, byd99 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will be automatically removed from the Member's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. A breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Upon suspension, the Member will be unable to access the Platform, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting byd99 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. byd99 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 against dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. If a dormant Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Members may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting support.

byd99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. byd99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific level of uptime.
byd99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at https://byd99.pro/privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service communications.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice being given by either party, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
